Monday is Presidents’ Day in the U.S. — a federal holiday — and U.S. stock and bond markets will be closed, along with federal and state offices, schools and banks.

But a few electronic-trading markets will be open:

The CME Group’s CME  electronic trading for stock index futures will be open, for a trade date of Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 6 p.m. Eastern Sunday. Trading will pause at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Monday. It will reopen at 6 p.m. Eastern Monday evening.

Electronic trading for metals and energy on the CME, including gold  GCJ4 +2.10%  and crude oil  CLH4 +0.46% , will be open at 6 p.m. Eastern Sunday and will pause at 1:15 p.m. Eastern on Monday.  It’ll then reopen at 6 p.m. Eastern Monday evening.

Also on the CME, currency and Treasury futures will open for trading at 6 p.m. Eastern on Sunday and pause at 1 p.m Eastern time Monday, then reopen Monday evening at 6 p.m.

U.S.  ICE Dollar Index futures  DXH4 -0.01%  will trade from 8 p.m. Sunday, close early at 1 p.m Eastern on Monday, then reopen at 8 p.m. Monday evening.

Brent crude futures   UK:LCOJ4 +0.05%  on ICE Futures Europe will have regular electronic-trading hours, from 8 p.m. Eastern Sunday to 6 p.m. Eastern Monday, then reopen again as usual at 8 p.m. Eastern Monday.

For most of the rest of the world, it’s business as usual. Japanese, Chinese, European and U.K. stock exchanges are all scheduled to hum along.

Canada, however, shuts down, as well. The Toronto Stock Exchange is closed for the country’s Family Day.
